Andy Roddick’s swimsuit model wife won’t be in Brisbane just to look good. Brooklyn Decker has been contracted to become the official ambassador for a Queensland holiday period horse racing festival, the 2012 Magic Millions Carnival in January.

While her 14th-ranked husband strives for his first ATP title in almost a year, his bombshell wife will be looking – and being looked at – by a fascinated Australian public.

“I am so excited,” the 24-year-old Decker told Australian media, adding that she is keen to attend the Gold Coast event south of Brisbane.

“I was actually named after a horse and I grew up around them in North Carolina, so seeing these majestic animals race, and the yearling sales, will be a thrill for me,” Decker said.

The Magic Millions carnival begins on January 10, with the highlight BMW Magic Millions Race Day set for January 14.
