Serena’s temper got the best of her again. As a society a lady looks worse for their losing “it”…. I agree with a lot of our readers. I especially think genius reader said it well. Check on story of recap of day 14… Serena’s temper. It cost and hurt her most of all. I have met many short tempered (short fused) women… The reaction when a chick loses it versus a guy is monumental…

No. You don’t need to test my theory by dropping a f. bomb….. But for real. Its just not “Ladylike”?

But also for real… I guarantee any tennis player that fights as hard as Serena is going to blow a fuse when the lines or chairperson “messes up” a match. Trust me a chair umpire is a tough job. Very few do it great. Many, ok. While many others suck and easily cost you a match!

Bottom line. Serena needs to learn to take the word “anger ” and add a “d ” to the front and you get DANGER.

Her Serene Highness you blew a lot of dough on that rage. A million in winners prize money. Plus double your bonus. So even though I’m not a fan I feel for your lack of trust with the lines people and chair umpires.

I’m with Andy Roddick. You have to admire those two girls who survived Compton to reach the top of the world.

PS. The tourney seeded her 28th? After she led in the US Open series…? She was given a huge insult even before the event began. I’ll say it again. I’m not a fan of hers…. it’s just facts.
