Roger Federer conference presser call. What a great way to start the day. Roger Federer and coffee… Lucky Mirka… She gets that daily. ..
It was Great to hear his voice. In the background you could hear children’s happy voices early in the call and again at the end of the call.
Roger sounds great. Ready to go to the Rogers Cup and see how Canada helps him celebrate his birthday. He referred to his B-Day  as a round number.

Roger answered all the questions. Regarding the questions …the usual … Some good questions .. Some dumb questions… or painful questions… Roger Federer is Roger Federer on or off the court… He handles himself  with his usual grace and style.
My favorite Question or comment came from Neal Harmon of the London Times.  vHe reminded the “Mighty Fed” that Rod Laver won a Grand Slam at 30. Roger sure liked hearing that. Roger mentioned a few times how he loves spending his birthday at a tourney in Canada that shares his name.

More later when the transcript comes in.
