The ITF has announced the draw for the 2011 Fed Cup by BNP Paribas World Group II play-off tie between Japan and Argentina on 16-17 July at the Bourbon Beans Dome in Kobe, Japan. This tie was postponed from its original date of 16-17 April due to the earthquake in Japan.
