Middle Sunday… was today the annual Auzzie bar-b-q? If it was, my shrimp is still on the barbie…. The village of Wimbledon has some really fun “flats” that players rent for the fortnight. Some even for a month. A lot are very quant and have cute backyards… We’ve been to many bar-b-q’s on mid Sunday. We’ve enjoyed just hanging out. No worries… re: transport, or practice,or match. No jitters, no agendas. Just a day for all involved to take a deep breath and tell themselves it’s just one more week of twenty hour days and they “stay calm and carry on “. The Brits are amazing. Serious fortitude!

Global Chick siting at The Dog and The Fox….. I don’t think that’s on her pub hopping list. She is too chic for The Dog and The Fox. A casino sighting? NOBU! That’s a serious citing. We hope she got it all out of her system and is ready to write tomorrow. It’s gonna be one heck of a day at Wimby.
