Wimbledon. Isner Mahut. What a day… The tournament hadn’t had a rain delay in two years. The schedule was loaded from yesterday’s showers. I’m afraid to look at forecast. It’s breezy. Chilly. It’s in the 50’s at night and mid to high sixties during the day. That’s degrees Fahrenheit. Celsius for Wednesday is 19. Yes sun and showers are likely Wednesday and Thursday but Saturday looks like a washout. We say they will be playing tennis at Wimbledon on the middle Sunday.

Isner Mahut. It was sad to see. Crowds were small. Energy in crowd was non-existent. But we still loved watching them play.

A first at the championships. A ball boy was using his mobile phone to text during a ball change. Oh my gosh. That’s a first for me at any tourney. But Wimby. It would make a funny commercial. A ball boy getting a call during a point. Match….
