Rained out at Eastbourne

RAIN, Rain go away. Eastbourne got rained out. That really sucks. Players already want to be done with wherever they are playing and be in London preparing for Wimbledon.

Saturday they will try to play the quarters and semis in one day. Finals on Sunday. As a player you want to start a slam on a full tank. Slams are tough. Sponsor events. Parties. Tourney appearances. Fighting for practice courts. Traffic. Tourney cars. Credentials. All the unpacking. Settling in, in hotel and on site (in your locker). Get a nice easy routine going. For the guys slams are extra hard. They play the best three out of five sets….
