If you are at least 18 years of age and want the chance to earn free tickets to one of the premier professional women’s tennis tournaments on the West Coast, become a volunteer at the Bank of the West Classic, July 23-31 at the Taube Family Tennis Stadium on the beautiful Stanford University campus.
The Bank of the West Classic, now in its 41st year, is one of the oldest women-only professional tennis tournaments in the world and is the first stop of the 2011 Olympus US Open Series. A WTA Premier event, the Bank of the West Classic features a 28-player singles draw and a 16-team doubles draw with total prize money of $700,000.
Already scheduled to appear at this year’s event are three-time Grand Slam Champion Maria Sharapova, 13-time Grand Slam Champion Serena Williams and world No. 7 Samantha Stosur.

As a volunteer you will receive complimentary tickets to the tournament, a parking pass, and an official tournament shirt. You will be asked to work a minimum of four shifts during the event in order to qualify for these tournament benefits.
