5,000 DOWNLOADS IN ONE WEEK: On Monday the Sony Ericsson Open launched the Sony Ericsson Open (SEO) Mobile App, presented by SAP (NYSE: SAP), the market leader in enterprise application software. The app has already been downloaded 5,000 times in its first week. The app offers followers around the world the latest news and live scores during the two-week tournament held March 21-April 3. The mobile application is compatible with the Android and iOS platforms and can be downloaded for free.

CELEBRITY SIGHTINGS: Gregory Norman, or better known as the Shark in the golf world, was spotted today at the Sony Ericsson Open enjoying a day of tennis.

ATTENDANCE ON RECORD PACE: Through eleven sessions the tournament has already recorded five session sellouts and established three new session attendance records.On Saturday, March 26, the Sony Ericsson Open established a new record with a combined attendance of 33,203 in a single day breaking the previous record of 32,916 in 2007.
