The SAP Open, the men’s professional tennis tournament in Northern California, announced today that the 2011 tournament, to be played February 7-13 at HP Pavilion at San Jose, will be televised on Tennis Channel.
The 2011 SAP Open will feature 2010 SAP Open champion Fernando Verdasco (ESP), top-15 talent Gael Monfils (FRA), 2009 U.S. Open champion Juan Martin Del Potro (ARG), former SAP Open champion Lleyton Hewitt (AUS), top Americans Sam Querrey and James Blake, top-Japanese player Kei Nishikori and many more.
Tennis Channel will cover both singles semifinal matches live on Saturday, February 12, followed by the live singles championship Sunday, February 13. This year marks a return to the network for the SAP Open, which most recently appeared on Tennis Channel in 2007.
Ticket packages, group tickets and individual session tickets are on-sale now and are available by calling (408) ACE-2121 or at ticketmaster.com.
