It is only two weeks until the beginning of the 6th edition of the PBZ Zagreb Indoors. In addition to the confirmed participation of the best Croatian tennis players, as well as the return of Goran Ivanišević in the doubles with Marin Čilić, it was also confirmed that invitations for the main tournament will be awarded to Frank Škugor and Antonio Veić. The holder of the third wild card is still unknown, and the circle of those interested is, as usual, very wide. The name of the 29-year-old Swede Joachim Johansson pops up; after five years of being plagued by injuries and making the rounds with doctors, Joachim is trying to make a comeback to the ATP Tour. His only appearance last year was in the 1st round of the Davis Cup against Argentina (defeated by Leonard Mayer). Known in Sweden under the nickname of Pim-Pim, he is not related to Thomas Johansson, the winner of the 2002 Australian Open. He was a semi-finalist in the 2004 US Open, and reached 9th place on the ATP ranking list on St. Valentines Day in 2005, a day after defeating Ivan Ljubičić in the finals of the tournament in Marseilles, thus winning his third but also last ATP title.
The name of the recipient of the last wild card for the main tournament will be known shortly before the beginning of the PBZ Zagreb Indo
