The USTA announced today that its US Open website, USOpen.org, will present the first-ever live 3D streaming of the women’s singles final on Saturday, September 11 and the men’s singles final on Sunday, September 12. This will mark the first time in history that tennis matches have been streamed live in 3D to the public. The streaming will be available to all tennis fans in the United States and its territories.
The 3D streaming will be presented by Panasonic. In order to view the 3D streaming, viewers must have the latest version of the NVIDIA 3D Vision Video Player and NVIDIA 3D Vision glasses. For further details and technical specifications are available at www.usopen.org/3D.
